Powder, Liquid or Cake Foundation? Ano nga ba dapat?

A subbie of mine asked me kung ano nga ba ang pagkakaiba ng powder sa liquid  sa cake foundation. Ang mga naging kasagutan ko sa tanong na ito ay base sa knowledge ko. If ever may mali man akong nasabi, please correct me :)

Quick Review: C-Lium Fibre Capsule

This will be a very quick review of the C-Lium Fibre capsules. I have been taking them for the past weeks and I must say that it really did wonders for me! To be honest, I didn't know about this product existed! Lol. Let's just say that I am really not into food supplements so I was unaware of the product.
